At MyRealFairies, we sprinkle each package with magic and joy. But every now and then, a fairy wing might get crumpled, or a wand may wander astray. Not to worry! We’ve conjured up this returns and refunds guide to help you through, should you need it.
Our 30-Day Fairy Circle Promise
You have 30 days from the day your fairy parcel fluttered into your hands to request a return or refund. If approved, the refund will magically make its way back to the original method of payment.
A note from the Fairy Queen: If you received your item as a gift, the refund will be sprinkled back to the gift-giver's original payment method.
Lost in the Mists
If your parcel has vanished into the enchanted unknown and is agreed upon as “lost”, our Fairy Helpers will work with you to decide whether a replacement or a refund is the most magical solution. We’re here to make it right!

For those who live beyond the fairy glen (overseas), sometimes the winds of the world can be unpredictable. While most deliveries arrive far sooner, it may take up to 30 days for overseas packages to arrive.
If it’s been 25 days or more, don’t worry — your return window is extended to 45 days from the original purchase date. The fairies are watching the skies.
Damaged, Faulty or Not-Quite-Right Items
Oh no! If something arrives broken, faulty or simply not what you ordered, please send a message to our fairy inbox at myrealfairies@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Each case is reviewed by the Fairy Council (okay, it’s us), and we’ll do our best to offer you a repair, replacement, refund or exchange.
