Fairy Delivery Magic
What happens after you place your order?
Once your order flutters its way into our enchanted system, the fairies get straight to work! From Monday to Saturday*, our tiny team picks, packs, and personalises each magical item with the greatest care and a sprinkle of fairy dust. When it’s ready, they send it into the Fairy Post system—which partners with Royal Mail and Evri, of course!
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery – Free!
The fairies use Evri which is completely free to UK addresses! If you choose to upgrade to Royal Mails Tracked Delivery (£2.95), you'll receive a tracking link once your parcel flutters into the human post. Delivery usually happens around 48 hours after shipping.
Express Delivery – £8.95
Need your magic in a hurry? Choose Express Next Day UK Delivery at checkout, and your parcel will zoom to your door the day after dispatch (fairy wings permitting).
Orders over £50?
Hooray! You’ll receive FREE tracked UK delivery, because the fairies adore generous friends.
Overseas Delivery (for Fairy Friends Far Away)
Magical items can travel across the globe – but they do take a little longer to arrive in distant lands:
Europe – Most orders arrive within 1 week.
Everywhere else – Please allow 10–14 days for your parcel to complete its journey.
Shipping costs depend on where in the world you are. Add your location at checkout, and your flat-rate delivery fee will appear (don’t worry – it stays the same no matter how many fairy treasures you order).
Important Fairy Note:
We ship internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. That means you may need to pay local customs duties when your parcel arrives. These extra magical tolls are set by your country and are not covered by MyRealFairies – so keep an eye on your tracking and check with your local customs office if needed.
If you ever have a question or your fairy mail seems to be wandering, please get in touch at myrealfairies@gmail.com – we’re always happy to help guide it home.
With fairy dust and kindness,
The MyRealFairies Team
